The Course Of Study
The course of hotel management is very interesting. It gives training in the areas about which we are least bother as a person. However, we are thoroughly impressed when we visit a hotel, restaurant, or a café. Students are properly trained in the areas like evolution and growth of hotel industry, catering, criteria used for classification of hotel, Event Management, House Keeping, Catering and Front Office Management, maintaining Hotel Accounts and generating revenues, applicable laws and Controls, and Restaurant and Counter Service.

Teaching Methodology
The students are made perfected in the art of taking care of guests by imparting practical courses and rigorous academic knowledge. The aim of the course is to concentrate on the overall personality development to do well in international work environment.

While as a student you may be running a simulated hotel or a restaurant, managing everything all by yourself. This is the role-play model of teaching. You can really work in the industry as an internship to understand the nitty gritty.

Course Duration
The duration of the course is between 1 to 3 years. It depends on the level of the course that you are planning to do.
